Hi everyone! So I participated in a crazy fun event in October, and I am also doing the same event this month (on November 17th from 2-10pm)
Here are some pictures of projects people brought this month :) to Studio Night!
It was such a blast though, spending time with a few of my consultant buddies and offering help to clients who come out :)
There were prize draws every hour and a big grand prize at the end for people who published throughout!
All in all it was great food, great fun and we even had a couple of tips and tricks taught by Julie Spackman
Everytime I go to studio night I learn something new and learn how to convert templates quickly to get projects done lightning fast!
Let me know if you want to come to the next one! You can Register Here!

First Dance Canvas
I first saw this idea done many different ways on Pinterest, and I've always loved it.
I decided to do my own.... See how it turned out? I used Heritage Makers!
How awesome is it? I am so proud of it!

Heritage Makers released these great new products and also a few others at Reunion. I thought I would share them with you. They are being released onto the website in early October, but you can sign up for a free account to check out all of our other amazing products and studio beforehand here.
This is our brand new metal print made by a process called ink sublimation where the ink is actually imbedded into the metal.
The same goes for this super cute ornamental keepsake that you could use a number of different ways. Holiday ornament, a baby is sleeping, please knock softly sign for new parents' doorknobs or even a tag for organizing kitchen cupboards! You could even use it as a name plate for kid's rooms!
They will also come out with:
Iphone cases with customizable inserts
Double sided scrap book pages for traditional scrapbookers and crafters alike!
Double sided flyers
and a few other super exciting products!
Let me know if you'd like to publish one of these products for Christmas!

Heritage Makers Reunion
I just got back extremely late Sunday night from the most amazing weekend I can remember that involved classes since Regionals. Our reunion down in Utah was three days of inspiration, motivation and team building. Team building is a term used a lot to describe learning to trust your co-workers and strengthening bonds between you to encourage the ability to work together; but never have I participated in team building that included girl talk until the wee hours of the night in bunk beds. I am getting ahead of myself though.
This is the site awarded to us after a two day drive from Calgary, Alberta to Midway, Utah.
There is a specific reason why our team building included girl talk and that's because of the storytelling and the emotional connection we have with our own heritage. It gets us talking about what is truly important in life and that results in more meaningful conversations than just the average "What are you doing this weekend" watercooler talk.
Heritage Makers puts us deeper in touch with our desires for legacy and storytelling. It's a result of that and the people I went with that made it so amazing. Getting to know the consultants around me has been an enriching and rewarding experience. I love the friends I've made through Heritage Makers and I hope they love me :).
Getting on to reunion, I thoroughly enjoyed the road trip back and even though I was exhausted and ready to be home after the 12-13 hour road trip back on four hours of sleep, I loved the trip.

Our team wore fascinators to the opening session and they were really pretty!

Heading out for the next morning's session. This day we learned all about workshop tips and helping our club clients publish.

The townhouse all of us stayed in!

This is the awesome stuff we got there! We also got t-shirts! I love pretty swag!
It was so much fun to go, and I wish it could have lasted a little longer. It was great fun though! Next year's REUNION is in Arizona, who wants to go with me on my own team?

Club HM Keychains!
Here is a project I have just received, it is awesome due largely to the fact that I am at heart; a person who loves to recycle. I don't like to waste things, so here we go.
I originally purchased some clear plastic keychains for wedding favours a couple of years ago, thinking I would fill them with pictures of Jordan and I, but awkward - who would actually keep a photo of a different couple on their keys after the wedding???
I was kind of sad after realizing this, but packed them away in my craft room and moved on with planning the rest of our wedding. I came across them while in my sewing room recently and decided to use them for something else...
This is what they look like in Studio
This is them in poster form before getting cut apart to fit into the keychains.
This is them once they have been sealed into the keychains!
I love getting personalized gifts and I love Do it yourself projects - just yesterday I hung drywall I had measured myself! I know what you're probably thinking and YES, I measured twice and cut once.... The pieces were perfect and awesome by the way!
but I wanted a Club HM keychain for those who join Club HM (and for myself)!
If you join Club HM, I will give you one of these gorgeous keychains with your Club HM packet!
Give me a call if you're interested!
